Hmm. Well, I wouldn't use two pokemon that both use surf, I'd rather that Dewgong knew a different one. Other than that, I would have waited till L50 to evolve Raichu, but if you didn't plan to learn Light Screen, no reason to do that. So, good job, it looks pretty effective and balanced. Although personally I would use either your starter (especially if it's Bulbasaur) or one of the ledgendary birds in place of Pidgeot. Don't do that until the E4, though, since you'll need fly before then.

Well, see i'm trying to figure out something else for my dragonair to learn, I'm first wanting to get it to level 55 before i get rid of surf. And the pidgeot is really strong, the stats are awesome (for a pidgeot) i got lucky this time when i caught it. Anyways, I really don't see the need for my Venusaur in the E4 cause it get slaughtered by Lorlei and after that it just doesnt see worth it. And the thing with the legendary birds, Articuno is just another ice type, so scratch that, and Moltres is very good, horrible attacks, and Zapdos, isn't the best and i already have an electric. so, but i made sure my team is balanced this time. This is the first time that i have ever used a Hypno. There pretty good, cause my hypno's special dfns. is already in the 100's. Anyway, is there anywhere that i could level up my pokemon? Oh, I didn't want my pickachu to learn light screen, i just wanted it at level 41 to learn thunder. Thanks though.

Yeah, to reiterate, it is your team. Construct it the way that best suits your style, and your particular pokemon.
As to leveling up, Bicycle Road has some pretty strong pokemon, If I remember correctly. Victory Road also has a lot of good, high level wild pokemon. Hope that helps.
